many things have changed since the last post:

i now work full time (and have my own office)

i'm renting the left side of the duplex from my parents and now live alone

i'm fairly confident in driving on any freeway in houston and don't care if i get lost

i'm transferring to u of h downtown so that i can take night classes while i work

i got an extremely short haircut for professionalism purposes

and i am paying bills left and right

i am officially an adult now.

it's kind of sad in a way but also kind of a relief as i am more independent than i thought possible. the only problem i have is in trying to juggle my work, friends, sleep, and in a week, school work.
also, i think i might take down my DA page. i never use it anymore and i have neglected everyone on my watch list. the only thing that has kept me from deleting it so far is benny grau.

so, i'm done with classes, finals, etc.

my friends are starting to come home, i'm looking for a new job and currently working at my soon to be old job.

the renters who lived on the other side of our duplex moved out and i will soon be moving my stuff in.

things are a lot busier this summer and i feel like i'm turning into a grown up except that i don't feel like a grown up.

i've been taking chances while driving. taking freeways and things where i've never been and actually hoping to get lost so that i can figure things out on my own and learn from it (and i have).

i feel like making so many things right now.

i can't wait until i have a real full-time job and i have real money that i can really spend and really do things with.

i'm on the road to making an honest living and living an honest life which is all i really ever wanted to do.

so, i had a great adventure on friday which involved eating a delicious brownie and seeing friends, and exploring the east side and going to value village and finding a terrific dress with pockets and a park in the barrio that was really beautiful and had a bayou running through it and a wetland and fish and a great trail and lots of fantastic things.

and then we went to eat indian food and the food was about 100 times more delicious and satisfying than usual because we had been walking around for two hours in the heat climbing up hills and etc.
the man at the restaurant asked me if i was indian which was funny because we were just talking about how people mistake me for indian.

then there was more hanging out and we went to a cafe and a boy asked me for my phone number which was shocking and then we went driving around and gossiping and then finally i went home and found that i had mosquito bites all over my legs and a couple on my feet and they still itch.

things for me have been happiness lately.
i love good friends that are good people and adventures.
it's 1 in the morning and i have a midterm due tomorrow at 10 am and i havent started it yet and i dont really know how to answer anything.
i should go.

so, spring break was like 2 weeks ago and it was amazing.
i saw my bestfriends and we did fun things and went nuts kind of.

i am addicted to buying dvds from indiaweekly.com because they're sooooo cheap. i should really stop because i dont actually have money...really...

last friday i cut over a foot off of my hair and it is now chin length and i apparently look older and less fattish which is nice.

i've been skipping classes lately and doing dumb things.

i've been making books of really crude drawings and maybe i'll put up some of the drawings.

i really want some indian food really bad right now. i should go work on some paintings for school (which ive been putting off forever). i hope bennny grau is doing fine.

i recently did hilarious things with hilarious people.
things are going to be even more fun in the future.

all i do now is "chill" even when i'm not with other people, which is nice eventhough i'm neglecting some school work.

i am 12 forever.

i am learning to knit and crochet and use a sewing machine and i have so many ideas and things.

all i need to do is learn to cook and i can be the best housewife in the world.

benny grau, will you please give me spanish language movie recommendations.
